- Ensure the implementation of best governance practices within MIDA.
- Foster, institutionalize and promote the concept of integrity throughout MIDA.
- Identify and verify instances of criminal wrongdoing, misconduct and violations of MIDA Code of Ethics, and take appropriate follow-up actions.
- Report criminal wrongdoing to the relevant enforcement agencies./li>
- Receive and take action on all complaints or information pertaining to criminal wrongdoing, misconduct and violations of MIDA Code of Ethics.
