InvestMalaysia portal at investmalaysia.mida.gov.my is an online application submission portal that serves as a single entry point for companies to submit their applications online and track its status. Modules available include the applications for manufacturing licence (e-ML), exemption from manufacturing licence (ICA10), incentives (e-Incentives), expatriate posts, Representative Office/Regional Office (RE/RO) status, permit under the Petroleum Development Act, 1974 (PDA), import duty and/or sales tax exemption (JPC), MIDA Confirmation Letter [Surat Pengesahan MIDA (SPM)], domestic sales; as well as post licencing and post incentive applications.
