Announcement: Implementation of Evaluation Fees for Permit PDA, IILS Status and General Applications
Dear Valued MIDA Stakeholders,
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, MIDA introduced evaluation and issuance fees on 6th November 2023. These enhancements have improved our system capabilities and application processing efficiency.
We wish to inform you that, effective 3rd March 2025, MIDA will expand its fee structures to include additional categories for the following applications.
Key Updates:
i. Permit under Petroleum Development Act (PDA);
ii. International Integrated Logistics Services (IILS) Status;
iii. General Applications;
– Post Incentive Application- ITA/PS (Amendment)
– Post Incentive Application
– Post Approval (OHQ/IPC/RDC)
– Post Approval (P-Hub)
– Post Approval R&D Status
– Appeal for Domestic Investment Strategic Fund (DISF)
– Appeal for High Impact Fund (HIF)
iv. Post Approval Grant
