Inovasi Kristal Sdn. Bhd. (IKSB), a subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), is at the forefront of modular construction innovation.  MRCB Building System (MBS) is MRCB’s cutting edge proprietary modular technology designed to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and quality in construction.

These fully finished modules are then transported, lifted into place, and securely fastened, significantly reducing construction time.
